Con la presente richiesta di iscrizione alla manifestazione, il partecipante dichiara di rinunciare a ricorrere ad arbitri o Tribunali per fatti derivanti dall'organizzazione e dallo svolgimento dell'evento, sollevando sin d'ora il Moto CLub Internazionale MV Agusta, la MV Agusta Motors S.p.A., la ditta Magni, la F.M.I e tutti gli Enti promotori e Patrocinanti, i proprietari e i gestori delle strade percorse, nonche' tutte le persone addette all'organizzazione da ogni responsabilita' per ogni danno, incidente o furto accorso durante la manifestazione a cose o persone.
Il partecipante autorizza inoltre gli organizzatori ad utilizzare in futuro a titolo gratuito le immagini del motociclo o del pilota riprese nel corso dell'evento.
Trattamento dati personali. (legge 675 del 31/12/96) Tutti i dati forniti da ciascun partecipante restano strettamente confidenziali in conformita' all'art 13 della legge 675 del 31/12/96 sulla tutela dei dati personali.

By sending this entry form the partecipant himself declares to wave applying to Arbitrants or Courts for any fact deriving from the organization and from the course of the event, considerong not respopnsible in any way for any damages shouldoccur during the event the "Moto Club Internazionale MV Agusta", MV Agusta Motors S.p.A., Magni, the F.M.I., all the Promoter and Support Boards, the Owners and the Managers of the roads covered and any person employed in the organization. The partecipant also entitles the Organization Board to use free of charge any picture or footage of himself and of the motorbike token during the event.
